Profile:

The TV Production Coordinator will report to the Senior Production and Resources Manager. He/she will need to communicate and coordinate with all other areas within the unit to ensure the consistent delivery of the main production/administrative tasks for a number of competitions.

Purpose:

  • Supporting daily production management activities across the TV Production Unit, with a focus on club competition finals and European Qualifiers;
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of the centralised services provided by UEFA across club competitions, including the Champions League and Europa League finals and the Super Cup, communicating centralised staffing plans, updating budgets and ensuring that all external parties are correctly contracted and paid as per their agreements;
  • Coordinating and supporting the setting-up of varying levels of production (from full HB to HB support) across European Qualifiers, including the preparation of schedules, the booking of personnel and facilities, the preparation of production call sheets and the consolidation of post-production reports;
  • Supporting the daily administrative activity including invoices management, travel arrangements and raising Purchase Order in SAP;
  • Supporting and coordinating production management activities for other tournaments (Youth League and youth competitions);
  • Supporting the planning of TV production operations for the Nations League.

Requirements:

Experience required:

  • from 4 to 6 years' in a broadcast and production company environment
  • from 4 to 6 years' in delivering TV production, operation and project management for major sport events
  • from 4 to 6 years' proven track record in managing relationships with various stakeholders


Languages:

  • English / Proficient
