In 2020, the UEFA EURO will celebrate its 60th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played across 12 different European cities - bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in every area.

The EURO 2020 Accreditation Target Group Team Leader plans and implement an effective accreditation procedure for given target group(s) (e.g. staff, suppliers, host broadcasters, photographers etc.) and delivers accreditation services to them. The Accreditation Target Group Team Leader helps the Accreditation Manager to manage a team of Target Group Coordinators for UEFA EURO 2020.

Purpose:

* Playing a leading role in managing, planning, developing and implementing an accreditation procedure for the target groups;
* Recruiting, training and managing a team of Target Group Coordinators;
* Helping to implement the accreditation concept;
* Developing standard accreditation procedures and processes;
* Overseeing the setting-up of the accreditation database;
* Developing accreditation procedures for the target groups;
* Supervising data entry, data management and troubleshooting;
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Taking part in workshop and meetings;
* Identifying accreditation access privileges and quota requirements;
* Working closely with the whole Accreditation team at all levels to ensure a smooth, integrated process for all accreditation operations;
* Supporting the team and management as necessary;
* Taking the lead in and delivering any accreditation sub-project;
* Any other duties/events as defined by management.

Requirements:

Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / coordinating event accreditation procedures
- from 1 to 3 years / in project management or customer relations
- from 1 to 3 years / in sports events (single sport an advantage)

Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in (sports) event management, project management, international business or similar

Languages:
- English / Proficient
