We are looking for an Associate Director Broadcaster Services to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the broadcaster servicing operations
  • Lead and manage the Broadcaster Services team (9 team members); develop junior staff members
  • Manage and coordinate a cross-functional Broadcaster Services Team across the Infront Group (e.g. establish close relationship with key team members from various global subsidiaries; conduct monthly group wide broadcaster services meetings)
  • Identify processes to further optimize planning and operating procedures (group wide)
  • Establish and oversee a group wide Broadcaster Services CRM and booking system to provide increased efficiency in the management of broadcaster relationships for sales and services
  • Lead a coordinated effort to aggregate and scale satellite services to optimize pricing and service quality
  • Ensure excellent quality of service delivery towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Broadcaster relationship management including day-to-day liaison with broadcast partners of respective events
  • Handle contract administration and ensure fulfilment of rights (e.g broadcasters, sponsors, satellite provider)
  • Ensure a professional on-site presence at the events
  • Establish and oversee the budget for the department

Education

  • Advanced education (university degree)

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in broadcaster servicing or client servicing in the sports marketing industry
  • Team lead
  • Good knowledge of broadcaster industry
  • Strong relationships with major global broadcasters who traditionally distribute these events and other major sporting events

Other Requirements

  • Ready to work irregular hours (including weekends)
  • Available to travel internationally

Languages

  • English fluent (oral and written)
  • Any other language an advantage
