ON THE BALL?

To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a positive, proactive and service-oriented person with the ability to work in a cross-divisional team as a Personal Assistant to the Director Commercial Revenues, 100%

Your duties

  • Supporting the Director Commercial Revenues by managing the day-to-day schedule and work flow
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling including liaising with senior stakeholders and partners to schedule meetings and calls
  • Planning business meetings, coordinating meeting agendas, booking meeting rooms, conference calls and preparing and distributing pre-read material
  • Welcoming external guests for meetings with Director Commercial Revenues
  • Recording and completion of meeting minutes and actions including for Commercial Revenue Management meetings
  • Providing general administrative support such as travel, invoices and expenses
  • Managing correspondence, documentation and queries
  • Support on research and background preparation for key meetings
  • Maintaining Office related supplies and IT matters
  • Organizing team meetings and events
  • Implementing and maintaining office operations/administrative systems and procedures
  • Preparing operational reports, presentation and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Collating, reviewing, analyzing and summarizing information for the Director Commercial Revenues
  • Coordinating Management reports provided by the team
  • And supporting on other projects within the Commercial Revenues team

Our requirements

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and a can-do attitude
  • Good judgement and takes initiative
  • Detail oriented (focus on accuracy)
  • Productive, proactive and flexible
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to self-manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Tertiary education or equivalent
  • From 2 to 5 years’ experience as Office Manager, Personal Assistant or similar
  • Exposure to a commercial or marketing environment is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German, French and/or Spanish a plus
  • Proficient use of MS Applications, affinity to IT tools
