To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a customer service and solution oriented person as a Broadcaster Servicing Manager, 100%

Your duties

Account Management:

  • FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™
  • Manage dedicated portfolio of main Broadcast Partner and their sub-licensees’ accounts in Australia and New Zealand: SBS Australia, Sky New Zealand, TVNZ (others to come)
  • Implement Broadcast Partner’s rights and enforce obligations
  • Advise and support broadcaster events’ preparation
  • Administer all branding and commercial requests
  • Coordinate relationship with other FIFA departments


Project Management:

  • FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ projects
  • Main point of contact and close collaboration with Australian and New Zealand counterparts on Filming Permit project and communication to Broadcast Partner
  • Main point of contact and close collaboration with Australian and New Zealand counterparts on Visa Entry procedure and communication to Broadcast Partners
  • Main point of contact and close collaboration with Australian and New Zealand counterparts on Customs Import & Export procedure and communication to Broadcast Partner
  • Close collaboration with FIFA Sustainability department and Australian and New Zealand counterparts to organise a Sustainability workshop and keep the information flow towards Broadcast Partners
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible to organise the Public Viewing project – worldwide requests and approvals
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible to deliver Broadcast Partner Ticket project – requests, order, payment control
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible to organise FIFA Trophy Tour for FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™


Act as a liaison for the Broadcasting Department with the responsible leads to strategize, implement and assist with projects such as:

  • Sustainability for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
  • FIFA Trophy Tour for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
  • Ticketing for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
  • Media Rights Management Tool
  • Support the project responsible in managing Social Media policies and guidelines

Event Management:

  • FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ related tasks
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible to organise Broadcaster Information Meeting (BIM) in Australia/New Zealand & Broadcaster Venue Tour
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible to organise Final Draw in Australia/New Zealand
  • Support event responsible as co-responsible with dedicated projects to deliver the final event


Support with preparation and delivery of:

  • African Qualifiers for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
  • World Broadcaster Meeting II in Doha and FIFA World Cup Final Draw in Doha (April 2022)
  • FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
  • Involvement as event and/or venue responsible for other events
  • FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Canada, Mexico and the United State

Other Tasks:

  • Support the project responsible in developing digital broadcast strategies
  • Develop and share expertise gained by managing own projects with servicing team and beyond
  • Contribution to develop and maintain a “market leading” service delivery organisation over time
  • Bring added value to the TV organisation and more broadly Commercial division by contributing, with innovative ideas, to further enhance FIFA’s broadcast servicing approach
  • Contribution to develop new systems and procedures to manage FIFA media rights

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sport Management or similar education
  • Advanced studies in Sports Management (ie FIFA Master) are an asset
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing or Media Management with sport organisations
  • Work experience in the Asia/Oceania region, especially in the television broadcast industry with established network portfolio of sports, broadcast and media industry professionals in Australia and/or New Zealand
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital and social media platforms and streaming technologies
  • High level of commercial awareness, including international business and sports marketing trends, particularly Australian and/or New Zealand sports and media markets
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other internal IT tools
  • Fluent English, knowledge of any other FIFA language (Spanish, French, German) an asset
  • Critical thinking, problem solver and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to support the business from Asia/Oceania time zone
  • Willingness to travel
