Chanzo Limited are specialists in human resources, workforce, volunteering and recruitment in the major event and sport sector.  We are looking to grow our team for a new project based in Paris.  We are looking for an experienced recruiter to be based full time in Paris to work directly with our client to ‘deliver brilliant’, meeting all their recruitment needs and ensuring the successful delivery of an exceptional and high performing team.

As a Recruitment Business Partner you will be critical in the development of a strong employment brand for the client, aligned to their vision, brand, values, and principles.  The employment brand will be strengthened through an outstanding candidate journey, ensuring a high quality experience for all applicants.

The Recruitment Partner will work with line managers to understand their resourcing requirements.  They will be accountable for the advertising, search and selection of candidates using proven, open and transparent processes that provide equality of opportunity and reach the broadest range of French Nationals. The role requires outstanding communication skills and relationship management to plan and organise a robust resourcing strategy, to deliver a diverse and talented workforce.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional recruiter, with strong people management and programme management abilities.  They will bring significant experience of delivering innovative recruitment campaigns, which reach a diverse network of candidates and deliver the highest cadre of talent.  They will be able to demonstrate experience of working with a wide variety of resourcing approaches and using new technology to enhance the participant and line manager experience.

Required Experience:

  • Experience of volume recruitment, up to senior leadership level, including candidate sourcing, interview and placement
  • Understanding of French employment law in relation to recruitment and onboarding
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
