The Accommodation & Conferences Assistant makes accommodation, meeting, transport and catering arrangements for events organised by UEFA (meetings, competitions, conferences and training courses, etc.) in Nyon and elsewhere in Switzerland.


  • Sourcing, negotiating, booking and managing accommodation;
  • Sourcing, negotiating, booking and managing meeting rooms, technical equipment and catering;
  • Securing good terms and conditions with hotels and other suppliers by implementing standard UEFA agreements;
  • Organising and managing taxis, VIP limousines, VIP airport services and coaches;
  • Checking and managing final invoices and payments;
  • Coordinating internal re-invoicing.


Experience required:

  • From 1 to 3 years' experience in hotel or event management
  • From 1 to 3 years' experience using reservation systems (e.g. Opera or Amadeus)


  • Bachelor in hotel or event management


  • English / Proficient
  • French / Proficient
