The role of the Women's Football Marketing Coordinator is to drive the implementation of a five-year marketing strategy to make football the number one women's sport across Europe, reporting key insights and results using measurable key performance indicators and assisting the Women's Football Marketing Manager in the advocacy and sharing of the campaign 'Together #WePlayStrong', creating and maintaining a movement among women that will transform the image of women's football.


- Supporting the development of women's football marketing plans in close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing Activities & Sponsorship Unit and other units across UEFA, especially Communications and Women's Football Development;
- Sharing and reporting on the marketing plans on a day-to-day basis, and helping key external stakeholders to implement those plans, especially PR and digital agencies and national associations;
- Ensuring key performance indicators are in place, measured and acted upon to improve the effectiveness of the marketing plans;
- Coordinating and delivering an agreed promotional plan, ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders and carrying out regular reporting to managers in the unit;
- Liaising day-to-day with marketing and communications agencies appointed to implement the 'Together #WePlayStrong' campaign;
- Coordinating content plans with the Digital Manager to ensure relevant content is posted in a timely manner across the range of campaign platforms;
- Carrying out reporting day-to-day and ensuring full visibility of the women's football marketing plans across UEFA;
- Sharing plans and materials with marketing managers at national associations to ensure plans are implemented across Europe;
- Collaborate with key sponsor partners to help maximise promotional plans.


Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years / Experienced marketing professional, with experience across core marketing disciplines
- from 4 to 6 years / Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer relationship management and social media
- from 1 to 3 years / Experience working with advertising and PR agencies
- from 1 to 3 years / Experience working in women's sport would be an asset

- Masters in Marketing

- English / Proficient
