The Hospitality Production Manager ensures the successful definition and operational implementation of the production of all hospitality and catering programmes for UEFA EURO 2020 and all UEFA club competition finals, in close collaboration with all relevant UEFA units and the different external stakeholders, according to an agreed budget.


UEFA EURO 2020, UEFA Champions League final, UEFA Europa League final and UEFA Super Cup:
- Conducting the initial studies, research, analysis, benchmarking and consultations necessary to establish the hospitality production plan;
- Defining the hospitality facilities, human resources and related inventory needs and requirements;
- Managing the tender process and subsequent evaluations and selections of production suppliers;
- Appointing and managing relevant hospitality production-related suppliers (internal and external);
- Managing the facilities (existing and temporary) and technical development of the hospitality programmes;
- Managing overall on-site production implementation at all venues;
- Evaluating the requirements related to ticketing, fulfilment, parking, accreditation, gifts, signage and security to ensure appropriate delivery, and liaising with the relevant departments/contacts;
- Developing and managing hospitality supplier operational plan development;
- Liaising with relevant UEFA and LOC units and with the stadium operators;
- Liaising with all third parties to ensure permanent, consistent and smooth implementation;
- Ensuring permanent communication with the hospitality sales team to adapt to volumes and specific requirements;
- Developing, implementing and managing sponsor hospitality account management;
- Organising relevant site visits with all required parties;
- Managing on-site project implementation;
- Initiating and supporting the drafting of any legal documents required;
- Managing expenditure in accordance with the agreed target;
- Ensuring that general administrative, reporting, knowledge management and debriefing processes are followed and delivered to the required standard.


Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years / in the hospitality business, including at least three years with managerial responsibilities
- from 4 to 6 years / in event management in an international environment
- from 4 to 6 years / managing suppliers

- Masters in a relevant field but preference given to hospitality management

- English / Proficient
- French / Proficient
