To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played across 12 different European cities - bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in every area.

The EURO 2020 VIP Ticketing Assistant is a member of the Guest Services and Administration team that will be in charge of the entire set-up and management of the UEFA EURO 2020 VIP programme (invitation management, database, VIP ticketing and seating).


Assisting the Guest Services and Administration team with the following:
* Setting up and coordinating the invitation management process for UEFA EURO 2020;
* Setting up invitation management and guest list configurations in the UEFA event management database (FAME);
* Monitoring ticket quotas for dedicated venues and target groups;
* Acting as point of contact for dedicated UEFA target groups and their guest relations coordinators (GRC) for matters related to invitation management, provision of services and VIP ticketing;
* Keeping event information up to date for GRCs;
* Preparing GRC meetings and summary reports;
* Preparing and assisting with all GRC training and staff FAME training;
* Ensuring that event data is complete and accurate (e.g. guest arrival and departure details, accommodation bookings);
* Coordinating and communicating with other guest service project teams, such as accommodation, event transport;
* Helping to set up and operate the change management system;
* Compiling specific seating requirements for the dedicated target groups;
* Helping to develop and test ICT tools (updated features, new technologies, etc.);
* Handling routine FAME maintenance tasks and seating tool updates;
* Preparing post-event statistics;
* Working on other events as required;
* Troubleshooting;
* Providing support with logistics matters (team logistics, ticketing material and branded items);
* Helping to develop content for guest information documents;
* Creating guest target group-specific descriptions.

Tournament time
* Based in Nyon (central coordination team);
* Managing changes to assigned target groups;
* Monitoring and coordinating guest data for assigned venues;
* Monitoring tribune capacities for assigned venues;
* Compiling daily reporting and statistics documents;
* Providing remote support for ticket printing and distribution for the on-site VIP teams as required.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / experience in guest services projects
- from 1 to 3 years / experience with CRM systems and/or database management
- less than 1 year / experience with ticketing at a major sports event


- English / Proficient

Additional requirements:

- MS Excel / Proficient
- Additional language skills would be an asset
