Profile:

The Access Control System Specialist liaises with the various access-control system providers for the UEFA club finals, EURO 2020 and UEFA Nations League finals and follows up developments of a live interface between SecuTix and the systems used at the venues.
He/she also provides support in planning on-site ticketing operations for the EURO 2020.


Purpose:

- Coordinating the development of the interface between the access control systems at the venues and SecuTix (UEFA Ticketing solution provider);
- Documenting the access-control rules and configurations for all matches ticketed by UEFA Ticketing;
- Preparing the training for the workforce operating on-site;
- Running a testing schedule and plan for the technical integration of access-control systems;
- Working closely with the relevant service providers to ensure that the access-control systems is fully functional on matchday;
- Helping the Access Control Systems Manager to define on-site ticketing operations (including, but not limited to):
- Attending the site visits;
- Identifying the ticketing needs for on-site operations;
- Defining and documenting operational troubleshooting;
- Planning on-site facilities;
- Taking part in on-site operations:
- Aligning ticketing data to ensure a smooth and accurate exchange of information between staff and third-party providers;
- Monitoring access-control systems on matchdays;
- Briefing and training ticketing and security staff;
- Consolidating data after each test or match.

Requirements:

Experience required:
- At least one year's experience working with electronic access-control systems or interfaces or data exchange between two bespoke systems
- less than 1 year experience in data analysis IT and/or programming
- less than 1 year experience in event or sports ticketing

Education:
- Bachelor's in management or in a technical field

Languages:
- English / Proficient
